A movement for antiracism, diversity, equity and inclusion is strenuous if the problem is not acknowledged and addressed in a way that results in humanity and empathy. Our mission is to support our clients with the tools they need to communicate clearly and effectively across cultures, identities, experiences, and perspectives. This facilitation method provides participants with the language and lens to bravely recognize racism and bias of all types and to disrupt its impact.
For deep impact, chose to partner with us through an intentional "Data for Equity" process to identify equity gaps in your data collection systems, reflect on the conditions that create and perpetuate them, and move forward with concrete steps for understanding and interrupting inequities.
Black, Hispanic, Asian, Native American, and/or Multi-Racia/Ethnic executives and other Powerful Women Subjected to Intersecting Oppressions (PWSIOs) require peer partnership as they aim to bulldoze the status quo. Our coaching sessions address the big issues as we grow together.
