Our anti-racism and DE+I facilitation method begins with people first. Unlike traditional "diversity trainings" our approach produces a customized curriculum that is human-centered, empathy-focused and allows participants to explore deep views of what it means to do better.

Using our 2 day approach, we will show you how to engage in productive dialogue about data, and to build collective capacity to create a better data collection system.
